Let’s circle back to 2019 when our Adedapo was trying to source equipment for his event but found it incredibly difficult to find anything affordable. Planning an event can be a daunting experience, especially for those without the necessary expertise. That’s when it clicked for us: we noticed a major gap in the market for affordable equipment hire. So we came up with the idea of a one stop shop that would simplify event planning and make it easy and convenient to book everything in one place. That’s how Events Meets World was born.

We have available tables, chairs and other party equipment so you do not have to go out searching - this is a one-stop shop! Our equipment includes marquees of various sizes, chafing dishes, crockery and cutlery. We can also give your event that special touch with our popcorn and candy floss machines available to hire.
We have great relationships with our ever-growing network of vendors which means that we can go above and beyond to provide further services if these are required. We have bakers, mixologists, decor specialists and more on hand to give your event that stand-out feel that everyone will remember for a long time to come!
